I echo the following email. I bought the 5hp upright version. noisey. I
have a pressurized tank type sandblaster that I bought cheap. quickly wears
out ceramic nozzles and haven't found replacments yet.

I bought a 5hp 25 gal. Craftsman compressor at Sears that is perfectly
adequate for my home shop needs. The thing is noisy when running, but it
was
in the neighborhood of $250-300 and has powered everything from a
sandblaster, both siphon and pressure, to any pneumatic tool I have hooked
up
to it. A very very handy piece of equipment! I figured if I couldnt stand
noisy I could always go into needlepoint or something. <g>
