Bugeye Pedal Info Needed

Hi All!

There is someone local here in the AHSTC club, Paul Woglom, who is
restoring the floors in his bugeye project.  He has welded in new floor
panels, but needs info regarding the acc pedal mount.

1) How does this mount to the floor??
2) Is a "box" or something needed on the floor for pedal support??
3) If any piece needs to be made, does anyone have dimensions??
