Keep a pencil and pad next to your new computer. Log each and every foul-up
of your new ISP. I did the same thing with Prodigy for the rebate. The
rebate program causes growing pains which present themselves as problems for
the consumer. After you get a month's worth of problems, call and demand
some quid pro quo. I just got my first $19.95 credit on 12/10. They don't
have a lot to say when you can quote chapter and verse where they screwed
up!
