Thanks to all of the listers who helped me with the PCV situation. I tapped
a hole into the manifold (Pierce BTW, I remember someone was looking for
others with Pierce manifolds) and screwed in the NAPA valve. Worked
beautifully. No more leaks after driving. Didn't have to restrict the flow
any, either.

Now, on to the next nagging thing. I got a Jacobs Electronics ignition
system (www.jacobselectrics.com) and after installation, the tach no longer
works. I don't know if anyone has experience with this particular product,
but what would be things to look for? I've got the original Smith's tach,
and I know the wiring is good because if I hook a regular coil, I get a
reading. Any help would be appreciated. I'd like to get most of these
nagging little problems fixed before I take it in to get painted. Thanks
for any advice!

PS It looks like the only major hiccup world wide was that Japan's nuclear
monitoring system failed just after midnight at Y2K. They announced today
that they've tracked down the programmer for the system, and the programmer
was one H. S. Truman. (just kidding!!! The system did fail, but I have no
idea who the programmer was)
