I have many different wheel/tyre combinations, from stock to 8" rims with
slicks.

I have a set of 7" minilite lookalikes with 20/6013 Hoosier Street TDs

I ran them on my bugeye at the track last year and they stuck out about 1.5"
from the bodywork. I had to put another set of wheel/tyres on because it was
more than I
thought I could get away with.

I use them on my old racecar which has aftermarket round wheel arches
(amazing what a
jigsaw and a welder can do!) There is No Way they will fit under a square
wheel arch
even with extreme fender carresing. 185/60 is as much as you can get under
square wheel
arches (after pumping out). Even then you really need a panhard rod.

The only chance is to use a wire wheel banjo - you can comfortably run a
175/60 with no
guard pumping. You may need to use a 1/4" wheel spacer depending on the
offset of
your wheels. I haven't tried the 7" wheels 205 tyres on that car. If you are
interested, I can
try it out over the weekend.
