cool idea bill! my sprite sits so low that you can fit a floor jack under
it but you have next to no room to pump the handle because the gas tank will
get dented if you do. also if you let a jack down too fast the car will
bounce and dent the tank. already replaced the tank once because of having
the car judged and it was full of jack dents, real carefull now do not want
yet another tank!
even with the bugeye it is a hassle to get the last little bit in. the bit
where the trans mount has to sit at the right spot and the balancer has to
clear the frame at the rack mount(or whatever it is refered to,frame?).
i know it is worse with later style front ends having to clear the sheet
metal though .
