Try closer to $200 from VB and Moss
Apt ( www.aptfast.com )sells it for $155. I just purchased one myself
...almost didn't simply for the same reasons. ($$)
By the time you spend $18 each on ram pipes and then
$35-$55 each for K&N's plus housings you're already
near the same price  for a lot less 'off-the-shelf'  form and fit.

I have the same config on my BGT but its two smaller round filters
under a single end plate. I have never regretted it.
It looks good and works well. (Yes I did have to go to richer AAA needles)
But you do have to use your original air box back plates on the
BGT unit.

The Spite logoed (or in my case Midget logo) unit uses
a single larger round element with custom plates that at least have a
reasonable ram adaptation built in.
