Dave,
Advertise through local and national clubs, Hemmings Motor News, local
newspapers and local auto "bargain finders", (ebay?), etc.

Price can be determined by surveying SALE prices of cars in SIMILAR condition
in your area, OR outside of your area if you choose to attempt to take a shot
at trying to find a long distance buyer.
