I wouldn't know where to start in telling you what they need. A few years
ago someone who could add finally asked them why they were buy several time
the amount of fuel than they could possibly burn in all the buses.
I seems they had a hole in the tank and leaked approximately a million
gallons underground! Took them several months to drill wells and pump it
back out of the ground. Luckily it was mostly still there even though the
property is next to the Rio Grande river...or they say it was still there...
