You need to say what type of Weber Carb it is.

If fuel is coming out of the carb than there is likely to be a problem with 
the float or float jet.

Is the fuel pump standard or uprated - if uprated you need a 
regulator/pressure valve.

What colour are the deposits on the spark plugs.

How well does it run up to 3,000 rpm.

If a DCOE are the aux vents fitted the right way up and the right way round.
