Hi Bill, What I have done is suspend a 2 X 4 under the garage door tracks, chained to the rafters outside the tracks. Mount the lights on that. Then when the garage door is open, the lights are not obstructed by the door and the door doesn't hit the lights on the way open. Paul A |
