Oil smoke on warm startup.

Hey guyz. When I first start the '72 in the morning, all is well.
Little choke and she idles for a while and is ready to go.
No Smoke!

But ... run it till its warm -- maybe 10 - 20 minutes, then shut it off.

Hit a store or whatever, come out, and start it up. Starts great. But
there is this little puff of smoke. Smells kinda like burned oil.

The valve seals were replaced (intake valves only) 'bout 2 years
ago. Never did put in new valve guides.

So ... which is it? Or do the exhause valves need seals as well?
