Ya gotta remember - my wife set those criteria after long experience 
with my propensity for bringing home strays (mechanical and 
biological) and never finishing projects around the house! Her 
attitude was and is that cars are to be driven, not set up on blocks 
and used as lawn art. This also may have had something to do with her 
visits to my Dad's house over the years. We had a lot of 'art' in the 
back field when I was a kid, and now it's spilled over into the 
front! Five vehicles he has, and only two run, and of the those two, 
the old Ford 8N tractor is by far the more reliable. Of course, he 
has several running _engines_, but they aren't hooked up to 
anything...
