We are currently considering several lifestyle
modifications, each of which will apparently involve
selling my beloved 1972 MGB-GT. I am going to sell it
through normal means, but if anyone on the list is
interested, please let me know. I cannot "actively"
sell the car for a few weeks, so if you are really
interested I will provide a no B.S. bottom line price
in the interim.

Several list members can vouch for the condition of
this car, and I have many more photos I will put up
when I get back home on Tuesday. The car is original,
down to the perfect functional British Leyland AM
radio. The interior is like new, the body excellent.
It was painted 10 yrs or so ago (original Harvest
Gold), driven 6K miles since. Mechanically solid as
can be, with no leaks or drips. It was previously
owned by a gentleman who bought it in 1973 and had a
stroke and couldn't drive it much in recent years.
Everything works, even the interior and courtesy
lamps, new BF Goodrich 185/70's (less than 400 miles),
original upholstered backseat. I have been driving it
almost daily now, all "country road" driving. I have
what I believe to be all receipts since new. The
receipts from the PO are pretty funny - typically a
receipt in April for "Summer tune-up", then one 1,500
miles later for "Winterizing". The previous mechanic
was a pro, and I had a good report on him from a
fellow lister who knew him. It has not seen winter
since 1973.
