mmmm... I think the BMW wheels are -not- exactly on a 4" bolt circle.
It's something metric and very close, but not quite right.
Here's something some of you might find interesting/useful. Someone
on another list a few years ago wanted some special wheels and called
a lot of places looking for 13" wheels on a 4" bolt pattern. Here are
the cheaper places he got quotes from. (And remember, this info is 3 years
old!):
