Anybody have the specs for the stock 1500 Midget cam on hand?? I am still
trying to find a mild cam to put in my rebuild (if I ever get it back from
the machine shop). I may have found one from APT, but I am not sure, cuz I
don't know what stock is.
The specs are:
278 lift and 256 duration. Powerband quoted to be from 2000 - 6000.
Now I know the other cam readily available is called a 275, but what is that
refering to? Lift or duration, or some isoteric thing only a cam designer
would understand.
