It's from a book called "Bagombo Snuff Box" that's got a lot of crazy little
stories by him in it.  I guess it came out last year some time.  I'm almost
done and I must say it's a great read!  The specific story is The
Powder-Blue Dragon.

                BTW - Frascati is an Italian dry white wine that was popular
