I had/have the same problem - bugeye carpet kit - the tranny tunnel piece was
all wrong, sent templates/measurements, owner says "Are you sure you have a
bugeye, as that's a Midget pattern." Attempted to explain that the tranny
tunnel / shifter cover is the same on all Sprites / Bugeyes / Frogeyes
/Spridgets that I have ever owned (Mk 1 thru Mk 3) to no avail. Asked for
a new piece made to the "Midget" pattern which should be on its way to me
tomorrow. Will say that quality is good for the price, and Carl was willing
to try and fix the problem. Good luck.
