I've been trolling about a week now, but this is my first post. Please be
gentle.
I recently bought a '74 Midget that for the most part is in great shape and is
a lot of fun. But I do have a few short questions.
1. Did '74 Midgets originally have side mirrors on both the left and right
sides? I'm asking because mine has a couple of holes on the right (passenger)
door, and I didn't know if a previous owner had put some aftermarket mirror on
there or what.
2. If they did have them, does anybody have one for sale or know where I can
get one? I actually got one from M****, but I returned it. It doesn't match
all that well, the mounting plate doesn't match the holes that are in the door,
and I really don't want to start drilling holes in the car if it can be avoided.
