New 3.9, 3.7 and 3.5 diffs available in the UK through the Theifrow MG
place.  No address, but someone must know it.  Daniel?  Guy?  I can get a
discount but the postage would still be about $70.  Riley 3.9s fit into the
4.22 casings on Minors, so there will be no problem, so long as you have a
filler plug hole on either the axle casing or the diff.  The late 1500 axle
on my pre-war has a 5.3 diff with a filler plug, in an axle casing with a
filler plug.  Presumably that means that there are some combinations where
you would get no filler plug at all !!!!
