Hi Evangelos,

Can you get some sort of flushing oil?  Other than that I would put the car 
on axle stands, drain the oil, refill with a degreaser and with the car on 
the axle stands run the axle very slow in first gear for a short time, drain 
it out, fill with oil again, run the axle again and then fill and take it off 
the axle stands.

Of Course if the diff is out of the axle you can just do it on the bench?

Colin Chapman once 'ran in' a misfit CWP by filling the carrier with Metal 
Polish and driving slowly round in circles!
