Hi Robert and all,

Not a hoax, you can read my reply to Rick about this below.  Everyone in
California start snail mailing your Senators.  Everyone else, your letters
wouldn't hurt either.  Please make them original, cut and pasted letters don't
carry much weight, so my capitol friends tell me.
