Bill,

Air injection began on '68 model year cars (NOV '67 - first emission
control production [OSM pg.115]) Earliest 1275's had a thin oil sump flange
block casting. (pictures in OSM to compare) Check OSM pg. 99, for more 1275
variations. One thing that is very easy to spot is that the last 1275's
went back to the mechanical fuel pump port. Earlier ones have the boss, but
no opening. My '72 has this port. These few things should narrow it down a
bit.
