I suppose, but I check my own tire pressure regularly.  I still feel like I 
am being taken for a ride.  How about we have special highway lanes for 
people who don't check their tire pressure, and higher speed limit lanes for 
those who do?  Put cages around the low-pressure lanes to catch the debris?  

This is starting to get silly.  On to the next thread.  Sorry I started it.
