The Solicitor (Legal Guy , in Yank-speak) and the agent BOTH forgot to
mention the Gas main running through the rear garden, right below the
garage. I happened to notice in the title deeds that the gas board (TEXAS
MAFIA, in Yank-speak) have the right to bulldoze my garage with a moments
notice.
We wuz meant to be exchanging contracts tomorrow.
