Nope, its much too turquoise. OSM has a picture of a Riviera blue car on page
10. I've heard it
described as "Bic ballpoint pen cap blue" or, in the words of Patrick Elliott,
"Smurf Blue" that
was/is in some places/will be again the color of my '66. I'll send your under
separate cover a
picture of a Riviera blue car, 'cause the list don't take no attachments.
