First off, are you looking for knock-offs or std 4 bolt type? If you are
looking for knock-off style, the only ones I could find available were in a
6" width. The others are 4.5" and on a back order so long you could die of
boredom waiting. The bolt-ons are far more readily available, esp in a 4.5".
