because the silly little piece of tin will eventually rust through and end
up rubbing something sounding like the end of the world is coming as you are
enjoying a beautifull sunny day's drive. upon finding out what is wrong,
you then will find the other mount will not let you tear it off so you
resolve to going home listening to this silly annoying grinding/rubbing
sound the whole blasted way. it is / was intended to deter water andforegin
objecys from fouling the pand and impairing brake performance. but all
they really do is rust untill they become loose and ruin a potentially nice
day!

chuck.
one of the official spridget "widgets".....the thing you clean, paint
reinstall .....and then tear off.. (good thing i never have done
this?????)...............c. :)
