wow is it billet steel?

racing sprite as follows..
aluminum radiator from scirroco (small type not long)
volvo overflow/head tank with overflow cap.
electric fan with thermostatic electric control.pull type with minimum
rad/blade clearance.
new hoses..
block and head were "hot tanked"
block releaved and chamfered around impeller area.
5 row oil cooler set ASIDE not in front/below/behind rad.(soon to be 13 row if
elmo finds me my fittings)
straight filtered no mineral drinking water with de-foaming agent/water wetter
tight radiator shrouding on 4 sides!
water pump with iron impeller.
top water hose backrouted to back of head via old heater outlet.
front grill is per sebring configuration for better airflow.
we run her lean, 3 ring pistons.11.5:1

at full tilt boogie race action in 95 degree ambient...it'll run 210.
180 at idle or around town per thermostat.
car kept at above 32 degrees during winter so the water dont freeze..
works great
