If you were going to be driving the
car around all day on the starter motor
maybe such heavy duty cables might be worthwhile.
Otherwise you're waiting your money.

Both cables should only run you $30 max (even that is a rip-off $$)

As an example... to get a cable the proper length....
the catalogs wanted $18-$24 for a 'stock' unit. For one of my LBC's...
I found a perfect (odd size 27" ) cable for $2.99 from a hardware
store, designed for a lawn tractor. Very decent quality, high
stand count, heavy duty cable. Fit perfectly where and how I wanted
to route it.

For $85 they better be gold plated (seriously)

Hope y9all had a great driving weekend, if so, I9m envious!

I ran across Copperhead battery cables recently and wondered the collective
wisdom was on their products. A kit for a 1275 is ~$85 for the +ve and -ve
terminals, the solenoid to starter cable, and the ground strap. They make a
strong claim for an excellent product. Just wondered whether this is a
worthwhile $ spent.

Cheers,
