Larry, Leo, et al.,

Let's recall that the list is not a democracy or in any way a 
representative entity. As list manager, MB has some authority _and_ 
responsibility (I believe list admins have been taken to court for 
what list members have posted). For those who ponder his policies, 
why not drop him an email? He may have answers for you. BTW, the 1st 
Amendment doesn't protect libel or slander (by definition), which 
just might be what Mark has on his mind when he feels compelled to 
make judgements about list privileges.

LBC content: Tonight I go to an NYE bonfire in the Sprite. YES! 
Freezing temps, top down! It saves on top replacement when I shoot 
the pistol at midnight...  ;)
