Mike,
         You're the second to post this question recently. Consider using a 
dryer vent flange available from any hardware store (or Home Defect, if you 
must). I know the hose size is right. GFT SPRT has a "stunning" shiny 
high-tech looking dryer vent hose in it right now.
         It should work.
