There was an 8-page article in late '80s or early '90s Thoroughbred &
Classic Cars magazine about a '65 Le Mans Sprite plate ENX 416C found
in Scotland. It talks about the XSP engine and gearbox, and that the
windshield was actually a Mini windshield cut down to fit. The photos
look like the ones on Gerard's web page, also like the '65 Sebring
Sprite Prototype. I'd almost hate to find a piece of history such as
that; I could not afford to have it restored, and would be afraid to
drive it or race it. A replica, however, would be cool.
