I saw those but I think they would only work for something rotary
powered or EM autocrosser. You need some serious horsepower to use a
tire that would fit on a rim that size. They also appear to be steel
too, kinda heavy.

You are bidding on a set of 13 inch rims. I dont know what they came
off of, Im guessing a sprint car or small race car. These rims have a 4
on 4 bolt pattern. 2 rims are 13 x 8 the other 13 x 10. If you wanted to
put a set of wide tires on a chevette or vega or any car with similar
