Straight 30weight non detergent motor oil. If syncros are slightly worn,
try straight 50 weight (available as racing oil, or at motorcycle shops)

Not at home. New combination gauges are again available. About $115 on
ebay all the time. If the face is different, you could probably swap with
the original one from the bugeye.
