Listers,
OK, so you vicarously participated in chuck's Sebring experience. You
might also remember my 3200 round-trip to the Zippo U.S. Grand Prix at
Watkins Glen from Houston with my "Spec-Sprite" racing Midget last Fall.
One of the listers, Andrew Weaks, met us there and became Official
Photographer. Some of you came to Hallett, OK, to watch myself and a
bunch of other Spridgets race.
What's next?
The Brian Redman International Challenge, that's what! July 18th through
the 21st. Myself and a fellow Midget racer in Dallas are going to tow
our cars to Road America in Elkhart Lake, WI to compete in this storied
event along with 600(!) vintage racecars. I understand Andrew will
reprise his role as Official Photographer.
My car is no longer a Spec-Sprite and neither is my friend's, so look for
us at the front of the pack! If you are going, book now. Accommodations
within a 20 mile area are getting scarce.
