Family Radio Service. Cheep, 2 watt walkie-talkies, no license required,
available at almost every store, Radio Shack, K-Mart, Walmart, Target, etc.
You can find them for 10-15 bucks. They are supposed to be good for 2 miles,
but personal experience puts them closer to 1/4 mile. If some of us had
them, we could keep in touch and even look for good stuff for each other.
There will probably be loads of people with them at the show. I took mine to
Hershey last year and we just listened to everybody else.
