Spridgeteers,

Within three weeks, I plan to put up for sale my white on black, 6 speed
2001 Porsche Boxster S with Sport package - absolutely as new condition,
less than 1,200 miles, never driven in the rain, never on the track, blah,
blah, blah...

I am considering taking a street registered LBC in part exchange, or buying
one after I sell the Porsche. I am especially interested in a concours
condition Bugeye, or an original Lotus 6 or 7. I need someone to point me to
GOOD books/articles where I could find appropriate info about both the
Bugeye and the Lotus 6/7. I don't want a book/article about the history of
those cars (I already have that for the Sprite), but one where I could find
out very specific details about what I should be looking for when buying
such a car: weak points, options, parts availability, ease/difficulty of
repairs...

I can search the Web on my own, but if anyone already knows of a specific
website for Lotus 6 or 7s, please let me know!

I would also welcome some advice on eBay auctions for cars. Would it make
sense to sell the Porsche there? I have no experience whatsoever with eBay.
