hmm the only spare i have is an original crimped together one.   if you
think a replacement one is expensive you ought to see what a machinist wants
for the manufacturing of a new gear?   eeeeek!

caution!  i have a moss one.  it was out of the very first batch they
imported.  the case halves did not mate well and it leaked lube better than
a new one!  i took it apart and sealed it with yamabond (yamaha motorcycle
engine case half sealer) in order to keep it lubricated.   i called moss
(hey! i'm a set up as a dealer!  )  and they seemed to not care the product
was going to self distruct as delivered.   so try filling any new tach
drives and see if they leak over a few days before you install it and it
self distructs and ruins the generator's armature end.......c.  -----
