Old Lucas lore. If you have to force the new rotor onto the dist shaft, it
will likely fail in a few (10 to 100) miles. If you shave the index 'lump'
inside the rotor slightly with a Dremel or pattern file, so that it slips
on easily, it should last a long (?) time.
