Hey Listers!
The "Full day"" this time involves a "Fair Deal."
What this means is that my Bugeye, along with 11 other
British cars from the United British Sports Car Club
(UBSCC) here in Sacramento, CA, will be on display at
the California State Fair all day TODAY.
It's kinda neat being invited to a fair... even when
you don't have a farm animal (the Sprite IS a
different kind of animal) to show. There are awards
for 1st and 2nd place... by popular vote of fairgoers.
The car that gets 1st today, comes back on the last
day of the fair to compete against all the other daily
show winners....
I get to drive down off my hill in the early morning
light when traffic is easy and driving is enjoyable...
return trip home commences after 10 pm.
Everyone wish for the best so that the ghost of Joseph
Lucas can guide me home... oh yea, wish for the best
in the voting too....
