Look....I don't want to rain on anybody's
parade...I mean it's obvious you're having
a good time out there in gorgeous weather
(as am I in CT. driving my BE in the sunny, cooler weather!) but....
30-40psi oil pressure @ ? rpm. This a
1275 or 1500? Renewed rod bearings
and smoking stopped? I don't think these
are "related" (but I am glad the smoking
stopped anyway, Dave!). What oil press.
does it idle at once thoroughly warmed up?
Anyway, autum-like weather is the best
in terms of driving LBC's. Spring is pretty
good also but lately, "springs" have been
pretty awful up here in the Northeast, anyway....rainy and downright
cold!
