453# to 284# = 169# off.  Imagine the effect on your joints, feet, and
spine!
You were hefting two good-size bags of concrete mix (by my estimation),
every day, wherever you went, up and down stairs, in and out of the
bugeye...even in the sack!  ...or you could think of it as carrying an
overweight woman, piggyback, 24 hours a day.  Then maybe the sack is
excusable, but up and down the stairs?
You gotta be feelin' great.
