The dimmer switch on a 66 Sprite has 3 wires, and if it's bad, no
lights. There is a dimmer switch sub harness that runs ubder the heater
box over to the main harness just behind the coil. The wires plug into
the light wires at that point. blue is power, blue/red is low beam
blue/white is high beam (or I have those color codes flipped on the
blue/red and blue/white) the headlight switch should have a blue/brown
(always hot) wire from the volt regulatr to the switch, red is parking
lights, blue is power to the dimmer switch, check for power at the
dimmer, push the dimmer and check the other 2 wires coming off the
dimmer. this will tell you if the dimmer switch is bad.

The horn mounts behind the grille down in the belly of the front apron.
