nail on the head...it only takes one "wild
hair" with today's technology ("The
Sum of All Fears").
But, these are post 9/11 days and if we are going to get serious about
securing our borders, then lets stop the crap and
do so. Otherwise, forgetaboutit...black and white. I like your idea of
