Thanks to all who responded to my question. Seems at this point I will rebuild
"by the book" and use only intake seals. The engine is going to be very stock
so no concern of any race mods changing engine dynamics. The string method
could always be implemented later on if there seems to be a need for the
exhaust seals and since there are only four it shouldn't be too difficult.
