Hey youse guys,
I am negotiating to rent what used to be commercial space... a fairly
large
garage, 2 big industrial overhead doors, heated, water, 220v, etc. It
will be
fully stocked with air, welders, engine hoist, etc.
I'm considering renting out space for a car or two, with occasional use
of the
shop space if ya need to get ready for a race or somethin'...
The shop's in Lake Villa, IL... a few miles south of the Cheddar
Curtain.
