By the way Mike, if you get to choose between Austin and Houston...go for
Austin. Smells better, a little less traffic, and the weather in the summer
is bearable at least.
You will have to put up with the largest concentration of Socialist in the
state. They've about managed to change Austin into Kalifornia East.
