I need to add 1 or 2 thicker gaskets between the intake manifold & HIF6
SU carb (throttle link rubs against manifold). Already have a 1/2"
spacer but need another 1/8"-1/4" to clear manifold. Only thick
materials (1/8") found so far are cork & neoprene.
Any suggestions as to best material to use? Issues with gas? heat? I
really don't want anything dissolving/leaking/catching fire down the
road.
