You already have Frank's post so that
takes care of that, however, clean all
around that plug before you open it so
that no foreign matter accidentally finds
it's way in there while you are servicing
them.

For a thorough understanding of lever
shocks in general and why "those who
know" seek out Peter C.' s rebuilds when
the time comes, may I suggest a visit to:

Scan down to Midget & Sprite Stuff, then
on to Tech Aricles and onto Peter C.'s
article on shocks. It's really pretty
educational. BTW, the "stock" levers
by design, "weep" oil to some extent,
a fact I was not aware of 'til I read Pete's
article.
